Ovogodišnje finaliste je izabrao, a dobitnika Nagrade će proglasiti na otvorenju izložbe Žiri Nagrade Radoslav Putar:

Slaven Tolj, ravnatelj MMSU, RijekaNagrada Radoslav Putar ove se godine dodjeljuje petnaesti puta.
Dobitnik/ca Nagrade Radoslav Putar dobiti će priliku boraviti na dvomjesečnom rezidencijalnom programu u Residency Unlimited u New Yorku, (http://residencyunlimited.org/), tijekom veljače i ožujka 2017. , i imati će samostalnu izložbu u Institutu za suvremenu umjetnost.
Nagrada je organizirana u suradnji s mrežom YVAA – Young Visual Artists Award, Residency Unlimited, New York i Trust for Mutual Understanding, New York, koju je inicirala Wendy Luers s The Foundation for a Development of a Civil Society.
Wendy W. Luers, osnivačica i ravnateljica Foundation for a Civil Society je 1990. zajedno s Predsjednikom Vaclavom Havelom i grupom umjetnika disidenata u Čehoslovačkoj osnovala Nagradu Jindrich Chalupecky, s namjerom da se umjetnicima mlađima od 35 godina prizna umjetnička izvrsnosti, i da im se omogući iskustvo boravka u SAD-u.
YVAA – Young Visual Artists Awards program (YVAA – http://www.yvaa.tumblr.com/) osnovan je tijekom godina kao međunarodna mreža sličnih nagrada, s podrškom zaklade Trust for Mutual Understanding iz New Yorka. Danas 10 europskih država članica čine ovu mrežu: Češka, Slovačka, Hrvatska, Kosovo, Srbija, Makedonija, Bosna i Hercegovina, Slovenija, Albanija i Bugarska.
Residnecy Unlimited (RU) je od 2015. organizator programa YVAA i domaćin rezidencijalnih boravaka u New Yorku.Izložba ostaje otvorena do 3. 7. 2016.

Slaven Tolj, Director of MMSU, RijekaIn this year, Nagrada Radoslav Putar will be awarded for the 15th time.
The Radoslav Putar Award Winner will have the opportunity to enjoy two months residency at the Residency Unlimited in New York, (http://residencyunlimited.org/), during February and March 2017. , and will have the solo exhibition at the Institute for Contemporary Art.in Zagreb.
The award is organised in collaboration with the YVAA – Young Visual Artists Award network, Residency Unlimited, New York and the Trust for Mutual Understanding, New York, and was initiated by Wendy Luers with The Foundation for a Development of a Civil Society.
In 1990 Wendy W. Luers, founder and director of Foundation for a Civil Society, together with President Vaclav Havel and a group of dissident artists first established the Jindrich Chalupecky Award in Czechoslovakia to recognize artistic excellence in young visual artists, under 35 years old, and provide them with a U.S. residency experience.
The Young Visual Artists Awards program (YVAA – http://www.yvaa.tumblr.com/) was established over several years as an international network of similar awards with support from the Trust from Mutual Understanding, a US foundation. Today 10 European countries are part of this network: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Kosovo, Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Albania and Bulgaria. In 2015, Residency Unlimited (RU) was engaged as the organizer of the YVAA program and host of the NY residency program.
